Service Overview

App: The ENOUGH app provides personal safety by automatically notifying designated contacts when users arrive at their destination or, if not, after three times the estimated time of arrival.
Wearable Badge: Once released, the badge will offer additional personal safety features, and will be included with a subscription.

User Registration & Responsibilities

Eligibility: The Service is available to all users regardless of age, but by registering, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your country or have obtained parental consent to use the Service.
Account Creation: To use the app, users must provide their name, email, phone number, gender, age, and create login credentials. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of this information.
User Responsibilities: Users are required to keep their account information up to date and must not misuse the app’s features (e.g., sending false alerts or tampering with data).

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Details: The subscription includes a period during which users will receive a wearable badge, estimated for delivery between April and September 2025. Subscription length and pricing may vary due to promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Revolut, allowing users to pay through various methods such as card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Refunds: Users are entitled to a 100% refund until the product is received or until the stated pre-order subscription period ends. If users cancel after receiving the badge, they must return the badge (delivery fees may apply).
Renewals and Cancellation: The subscription will not automatically renew. Users will be notified via email before the subscription ends, and they must confirm if they wish to renew. Users may cancel at any time by contacting info@enoughsafety.com, and if a badge has been received, it must be returned for a full refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Terms: Users may pre-order the badge, which is expected to ship in April 2025. The designs on the website are not final and are subject to change. Delays may occur.
Refund Conditions: Users may request a refund during the pre-order subscription period, but the badge must be undamaged and returned before a refund is issued.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, including logos, designs, and intellectual property on the app or website, belongs to ENOUGH SAFETY LTD and may not be copied without express written permission.
User Content: While users retain ownership of content they upload (e.g., profile pictures), they grant ENOUGH SAFETY LTD the right to use this content for app functionality.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Safety Disclaimer: ENOUGH SAFETY LTD provides the app and badge to assist with personal safety, but we do not guarantee that they will prevent harm or ensure safety. Users are advised to exercise caution at all times.
Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide accurate alerts, we are not liable for any harm arising from app malfunctions, GPS errors, or incorrect notifications. Claims related to harm or product functionality can be submitted to info@enoughsafety.com.

Termination

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts if users violate these Terms or misuse the Service. In cases of termination, data may be retained if required for legal purposes.
